Deposits : All deposits paid on booking (either part payment or in full) are non refundable
Postponements : Where possible we will always try our best to re arrange a date for you at no extra cost. If this date is more than 12 months in the future there may be a price increase and will be treated as a new booking however we will carry your deposit over.
Cancellations :
Should a cancellation be made by a client the following costs stand:
cancellation within 6 months of your date : All of the deposit is held - if payment in full has been made we can only refund 50% of this.
Cancellation within 90 days of your date - No refund will be made on any payment made.
Cancellation within 30 days of your date - no refund will be made on any payments made and the costs of 80% of your booking will be due.
We would require all cancellations and postponements in writing please

Once any cake has left our premises we cannot take responsibility for any damage - we will always advise the best way to travel and store cakes - your cake will come with a full care sheet including all this information
